He is survived by: his significant other Robyn Denney; his nephew Bobby Russell; his close friend Robyn; his grandchildren, Michael Riggs (Chasity) of Portsmouth, VA, Michelle Riggs of Grant and Marc Denney of Denver, CO; and his siblings, Roger Legg (Susan) of South Bloomfield, Ohio and Carol Russell of Ripley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
