He was predeceased by: his parents, Rue Lee and Della Lee (Costin); his wife Roberta Rohrbacker; his son Thomas; his granddaughter Darcey Lee; and his siblings, Robert Lee, Katherine Coleman, Mary Nutt and Dorothy Otten.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Barker (John) of Gurnee, IL, Cyndi Johnson (Bob) of Big Springs, Mark Lee (Therese) of Madrid, Russell Lee (Denise) of Madrid, Joel Lee (Deborah) of Doniphan, Steven Lee (Gina) of Sutherland and Shelly Pollard (Greg) of Grant; and his brother John Lee of Madrid. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren.
A memorial has been established in Francis's memory for later designation.
