She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley Sejkora and Marie Sejkora (Svec); her husband Leonard Schmitt; and her siblings, Charlie Sejkora, Jerry Sejkora (Martha) and Elsie Bernasek (Joe).
She is survived by: her children, David, Randy, Milissa, Laurie Schmitt of Venango and Savannah Schmitt; her son-in-law David Schmitt (Shelly) of Grant; her grandchildren, Brandy Keshavarzi (Moe), Jenni Hansen (Barry) and Randy Schmitt (Lisa) of Grant; her great grandchildren, Sarah Schmitt-Pinnix (Sabrina) and Naomi Thompson (Andrew); her grandchild Milissa Schmitt of Venango; and her great grandchildren, Harlow, Blake, Georgia Keshavarzi, Dexter and Will Hansen. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
A memorial has been established in Ann's memory for later designation.
