He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Roth and Hilda Roth (Hershberger); his daughter Julie Roth; and his siblings, Ellis Roth, Curtis Roth, Delbert Roth and Betty Krabill.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Roth (Roth); and his children, Doug Roth of Plainfield, IL, Phil Roth of Grand Island, NE, Joe Roth of Central City, NE, David Roth (Connie) of Kingman, KS, Janice Peters (Gordon) of Hesston, KS and Joanne Connell (Wendell) of Holdrege, NE. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the family to be designated at a later date.
