He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Celmer and Josephine Celmer (Polansky). He is survived by: his wife Kathy Posey; his daughter Kristi Celmer; his stepchildren, Bill Young (Kathy) and Vicki Owings (Clay); his sister Patricia Janulewicz (Ron); his sisters-in-law, Kristi Coale (John) and Carol Zieben; and his close friends, Rick and Linda Studley.
