We are sad to announce that on December 30, 2024, at the age of 89, Shirley Ann Stahlnecker of Grand Island, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Smith and Annabelle Smith (Dunkel); her spouse Alvah'Carl'Stahlnecker Jr.; her siblings, Elwin, Cecil Smith, Velma Tiedeman and Erline Sheffield; and her son-in-law Fredrick Graves.
She is survived by: her children, Diania Graves of Grand Island, Alvah'Ace' Stahlnecker III (Judy) of Fort Worth, TX and Steve Stahlnecker (Cindy) of Grand Island; her grandchildren, Frederic Graves (Teshawna), Carlia Brundage (Todd), Alvah'Al' Stahlnecker IV (Meadow), Amanda Stahlnecker, Kelly Stahlnecker (Meri) and Nathan Stahlnecker (Caitlin); and her great grandchildren, Justise Rhoden (Richard), Kelsey Brundage, Analeigh Stahlnecker, Katalyna Stahlnecker, Jaxon Stahlnecker, Alvah Stahlnecker (Quin), Marnie Stahlnecker, Hudson Stahlnecker, Melay Stahlnecker and Esa Stahlnecker.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Church OfJesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (212 W 22nd St, Grand Island, NE 68801). A memorial service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials are suggested to the family for later designation.
