He was predeceased by: his parents, William Meier and Helen Meier (Wiese); and his wife Joyce Block. He is survived by: his children, Debbie Bringewatt (Rich) of Elkhorn, Cyndi King (Steve) of Kearney, Valorie Burke (Dave) of Brady and Randy Meier (Julie) of Grand Island; and his grandchildren, Angela Burke (Mark), Justin Burke, Stephanie King, Rachel Bringewatt, Matt Bringewatt (Valorie), Joshua Meier (Kelsey) and Jordan Meier. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
