We are sad to announce that on August 25, 2018, at the age of 77, Robert Buck Whaley (Grand Island, Nebraska), born in Kearney, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Whaley and Laura Whaley (Elliot); his brother Doug; his brothers-in-law, Dorothy Harris (Emil), Marlin Carmen and Tom Czaplewski; his niece Sandra Harris; and also, Franklin, Hobe (Darlene), Dee (Willa), Harry and Dave.
He is survived by: his spouses, Peggy Garner and Peg; his daughters, Jennifer Stromer (Jon) of Grand Island, Kristy Fangmeier (Scott) of Hebron and Becky Shoemaker (Kevin) of Hastings; his grandchildren, Jadyn, Hannah, Brayden, Shayli, Gabe, Peyton, Kalib and Calie; his siblings, Marge Carmen of Imperial and Joe Whaley of Downy, CA; and his sister-in-law Sandy Czaplewski. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Make-A-Wish Foundation or the Children's Hospital and Medical Center in Omaha.
