She is survived by: her husband Anthony Smith (Toney); her son Zackery Smith; her grandsons, Zackery, Cayden and Bradley; and her siblings, Mike Cardinal (Mary Jo), Jo Ann Jones, Dodie Cardinal and Peggy Gortze (Mark). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, brothers and sister in-laws.
