He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Hoffman and Doris Hoffman (Jugert); his daughter Blair; and his sister LeeAnn Dalton. He is survived by: his wife Kay Schickedanz; his children, Brenda Humphrey (David), Brendt Hoffman (Becky), Barbara Wegner (Jon) and Brad Hoffman (Elisabeth); and his sister Debbie Fairbanks (Ken). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
