He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro Rodriguez and Maria Sofia Barrera; his brother Oscar Rodriguez; his stepdaughter Shelly Schweitzer; and his brother-in-law Vernon Browitt.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Rodriguez of Grand Island, NE; his children, Joe Rodriguez (Krista) of Lincoln, NE, Anita Gonzalez (Guillermo) of Grand Island, NE, Sofia Gologan (Nick) of Omaha, NE and Holly Cadwalader (Donnie) of Grand Island, NE; his stepchildren, Terry Schweitzer (Caresse) and Julie Knehans (Mike) of Grand Island, NE; his brother David Rodriguez (Gloria) of McAllen, TX; his sister-in-law Maria (Patrocinio Montalvo Gonzalez); his grandchildren, Ariella Maldonado, Che', Neive Rodriguez, Daniela Gologan, Emilyn and Bella Cadwalader; and his stepgrandsons, Tyler, Cody Kroeger and Cody Harm. He is also survived by step-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
