JoAnn Vodehnal Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of JoAnn Vodehnal of Grand Island, Nebraska, who passed away on August 31, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Stauss and Angela Stauss (Goodwin); her husband Irvin "Vodie" Vodehnal; and her son Bruce Vodehnal. She is survived by: her children, Dennis (Wanda Vodehnal), Sherry Stueven, Danny, Sheri Vodehnal, Stan (Stephanie Vodehnal), Rod Vodehnal (Pam), Cory (Krystal Vodehnal) and Troy Vodehnal (Kami); her brother Wilbur Stauss; and her sister-in-law Carol Stauss. She is also survived by six grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; one great great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Nebraska Veterans Cemetery Fund.
