He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Sautter and Nora Swanson (Sorensen); his stepfather Robert R. "Bob" Swanson; his brother Mark Sautter; and his stepsister Cozy Keys.
He is survived by: his children, Peyton Sautter (Steven Smaha) and Ethan Sautter (Tracey Coleman); his grandchildren, Ariah, Greyan, Zoey and Alistair; the mother of his children Holly Saylor; and his siblings, Earl Sautter (Penny), Dave Sautter (Brook), John Sautter, Janice Trerice (Dan) and Carrie Anderson (Rick).
A memorial fund has been established for the grandchildren's education.
