He is survived by: his wife Lola Ruzicka of Grand Island; his sons, Michael Ruzicka (Vicki) of Broken Arrow, OK, Rick Ruzicka (Stacey) of Salem, OR and Brad Ruzicka (Geneva) of Grand Island; his grandchildren, Jacob Ruzicka, Will Ruzicka (Rachel Henderlite), Riley Ruzicka (Tara), Sarah Ruzicka, Isaac Ruzicka, Noah Ruzicka and Abraham Ruzicka; his great grandchild Graham Ruzicka; his siblings, Patricia Barr of Brenham, TX, Richard Ruzicka (JoAnn) and John Ruzicka (Judy) of Grand Island, NE; and his siblings-in-law, Helen Mundt of Grand Island, NE and Jack Mundt (Judy) of Lebanon, MO..
