He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Worthington and Lois Worthington; and his nephew Tom "Van" Moorehead III. He is survived by: his former wife Connie; his daughter Tamara; his grandchildren, Nathan and Maya; his wife Jennifer; his siblings, Irene Baron, Lorna Davis (Bill) and Joel Worthington (Lori); his sister-in-law Trish Tiehen (Dan); and his nieces, Brea Kleitz, Jaycie Tiehen, Kara Manz and Dominique Baron.
