It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elaine E. Edwards of Grand Island, Nebraska, who passed away on August 23, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Ehlers and Adelia Ehlers (Harders); her husband Melvin M. Edwards; her son Timothy Lee Edwards; her siblings, Wilbur "Dutch" Ehlers and Roma Fuehrer; and her son-in-law Don Moberg.
She is survived by: her children, Michael T. Edwards of Emory, TX, Jesse Huffman (Matthew "Shorty") of Rio Rancho, NM, Echo Sanchez (Victor) of Alliance, NE, Sandy Moberg of Kearney, NE, Lisa Ann Hartzell of Colfax, NE, Linda Edwards of Staley, NC and Amy Edwards of Julian, NC; and her brother Donald Ehlers of Grand Junction, CO.. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; and 35 great grandchildren.
