He was predeceased by: his parents, Arden Hayward and Opal Hayward (Bieber); his wife Judith C. Clingerman; his brother Don Bieber; and his stepson John Miller.
He is survived by: his children, Ricky Hayward, Dean Jr. Hayward (Jean) and Debra Hayward; his stepson Jeff Miller (Shana); his siblings, Ardene Allyn (Keith), Billie Blaine and John Bieber; his stepdaughter-in-law Patricia Miller; and his niece Cheri Jakubowski. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to the family to be designated at a later date.
