He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Ellingson and Norma Ellingson (Johnson). He is survived by: his wife Karilyn Ellingson; his sons, Douglas Ellingson, Jeffrey Ellingson (Kristie) and Kevin Ellingson; his grandchildren, Sadie Ellingson and Maegan Brei (Creighton); his great grandchildren, Walker Patterson, Daekyn Brei and Briella Brei; and his brother Dennis Ellingson (Debra).
