He was predeceased by: his father Charles Merithew; and his daughter Lisa Merithew. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Roark of Grand Island; his sister Roxanne Lathen of Grand Island; his niece Mandy Lathen of Lincoln; and his friend Sam Dean of Grand Island.
