Kudlacek (Irma) of Geneva, Nebraska; his wife Lea Wach; his children, Perry Christopher, Petra Robinson (Michael), Triston of Olathe, Kansas and Dexter of Thurman, Iowa; his brother Gary Kudlacek (Marilyn) of Grafton, Nebraska; his aunt Gladys Hladik of Columbus, Nebraska; and his siblings-in-law, Sandy Allen (Jake) of Olathe, Kansas and Sandy Wach of Lincoln, Nebraska. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many cousins.
