She was predeceased by: her parents, Leland W. Ballard and Viola Ballard (Ferguson); her husband Dean LeRoy Bowers; and her siblings, Milton Ballard and Barbara Fleming.
She is survived by: her children, Ruth Bowers, James D. Bowers (Elizabeth) of North Platte and LeRoy Bowers (Dawn) of Ordway, CO; and her grandchildren, Matthew Bowers, Tanya Shallenbarger, Joshua Shallenbarger (Domonique), Bernie Taylor, Bobby Taylor, Crystal Hoaglund (Skyler), Christy Fleming, Cindy Steen (Nate), Samantha Bowers, Patrick Bowers and Drake Heikes. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren; nieces, nephews.
