He was predeceased by: his father Lamoine Duis; his stepfather Kenneth Gerdes; his aunt Donna; his uncles, Kermit, Mearle and Clifford; and his cousins, Danielle and Markie.
He is survived by: his sons, Judd Gallardo (Danielle) of North Platte and Justin Duis of Colorado; his mother Linda Gerdes (DeFruiter) of Cozad, NE; his brother Andrew Duis (Wendy) of Lincoln; and his grandchildren, Holden, Hazlee and Helena. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins, and friends.
Memorials may be given to the family for later designation.
