He was predeceased by: his parents, John Conrad and Evelyn Ramona Kauffman (Johnson); his uncle Molly (Johnson); and his siblings-in-law, Corrine Auld (Brosius) and Bob Auld.
He is survived by: his sons, Brandon Kauffman (Katie Beth), Carter, Ethan, Christian, Kelly Kauffman (Alisha), Noah, Presley, Keeton and Maverick. He is also survived by cousin (practically his sister) Shirley (Dave) Thorn and their daughter Kala (Kevin) Petry and numerous other cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
