He was predeceased by: his wife Mildred Corinne Tillotson; his children, Coleen and Gary; his parents, Leroy Tillotson and Hazel Tillotson; his siblings, John Tillotson, Leroy Tillotson, Leola Haney and Mary Thompson; and his parents-in-law, Roland Lehman and Stella Lehman.
He is survived by: his daughter Brenda Edson (Randy) of Farnam, NE; his grandchildren, Greg Tillotson (Kaye) of Omaha, NE, Gene Tillotson (Tammy) of Kearney, NE, Sydney Tillotson Sehi (Sam) of Omaha, Colin Tillotson of Omaha, James Tillotson of Omaha, Ryan Tillotson of Omaha, Crystal Widick (Blane) of Holdrege, Corey Edson (Kim) of Fort Pierre, SD, Corrine Muenchau (Rick) of Springfield, OH, Wesley Edson (Jacey) of Johnson Lake and Brittany Reiss (Tregg) of Kearney; and his great grandchildren, Brennan, Hunter, Christophe, Darianna Taylor, Ryleigh Widick, Gunner, Ryker, Beckett Edson, Dalton, Kraeton Muenchau, Finnegan, Oliver Edson, Teagan and Brexlynn Reiss.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Blase Strauser Memorial Chapel (620 10th St, Gothenburg, NE 69138). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Farnam Methodist Church (303 Caribou St, Farnam, NE 69029). A burial was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at the Farnam Cemetery.
Memorials may be given to the Methodist church or the Farnam Fire and Rescue.
