She was predeceased by: her parents, Elvin A Nelson and Eleanor D Helberg Nelson; her husband Ray Slack; and her brother Rand E. Nelson. She is survived by: her son Elvin of Cozad; her granddaughter Sadie Slack of Nashville; her niece Lori Mattingly (Lee) of Gig Harborm, WA; her close friends, Aaron, Sara, Caleb, Luke and Titus Coleman; and also Sarah Vaughn-Rohrbough of Nashville.
Memorials may be given to the Gothenburg Senior Center, Cornerstone Bible Church, Gothenburg Historical Museum.
