In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Mary leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Mary may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Ostendorf and Eva Ostendorf; her husband Scott Ward; and her daughter-in-law Teri. She is survived by: her children, Bill Ward (Gayla) of North Platte, Jim Ward of Kearney and Sherry Davis (Norman) of Gothenburg; her grandchildren, Jeni Wallgren (Ty), Teresa Ward-Hite (Travis) and James Ward (Heidi); and her brother-in-law John Ward (Karen) of Roseville, California.. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
