Leonard Franzen Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 13, 2023, at the age of 95, Leonard Franzen of Gothenburg, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Helen Franzen; his wives, Esther Marie and Marye Lou; his brother Leigh (Anne Franzen); and his brother-in-law Andy Widholm.
He is survived by: his children, Wenda Keiser (David) of Gothenburg, Darwin Franzen of San Antonio, TX, Eldon Franzen (Susan) of North Platte, James Franzen (Barbara) of Gothenburg, Bryce Franzen (Melany) of Aurora and Bryan Franzen (Brande) of Brady; and his sisters, Lola Jean Widholm and Lynette McPherson (Ed). He is also survived by 25 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren.
