He is survived by: his former spouse Donita Phillips; his wife Betty Vogt; and his children, Henry Kirk Vogt, Robert Roy Vogt (Mary) of Thedford, NE, Dave Malcom (Marilee) of Cozad, NE, Don Malcom (Gayla) of Sundance, WY and Debbie Barnett (Alan) of Charleston, SC. He is also survived by Grandchildren, 15 great - grandchildren, three great - great Grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
