It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Eugene Allen Stadler of Gothenburg, Nebraska, who passed away on April 14, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Stadler and Mildred Stadler; and his brother Duane. He is survived by: his wife Ardys Stadler; his children, Deb Stone (Mark), Mark Stadler (Laurie) and Lisa Stadler; his grandchildren, Parker Stone (Vanessa Ballard), Sam Stone (Darcy), Thomas Stadler (Sarah) and Nicole Klein (Tony); and his great grandchildren, Daniel Stadler, JohnMark Klein, Olivia Stadler, Jane Stadler, Regina Stadler and Catherine Klein. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Carpenter Memorial Chapel (1616 W B St, North Platte, NE 69101). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the First Baptist Church (100 McDonald Rd, North Platte, NE 69101). A burial was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Fort McPherson National Cemetery (12004 S Spur 56a, Maxwell, NE 69151).
