He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Oberg and Ruby Oberg; his brother Don Oberg; his brothers-in-law, Dave Jones, Dean Wilson and Gary Wilson; his nephew Chad Oberg; and his nieces, Allison Oberg and Amber Wilson.
He is survived by: his wife Laura Wilson; his children, Michael Oberg (Holli) of Farnam and Sara Pfannenstiel (CJ) of Rush Center, Kansas.; his siblings, Roger (Nancy) of Farnam, Dick Oberg (Karen) of Axtell, Jeff Oberg (Dynette) of Farnam and Louise Jones of Colorado Springs, Colorado; his siblings-in-law, Barb Oberg of Kearney, Roger Wilson of Gothenburg, Gene Wilson of Newkirk, OK and Jerry Wilson; and his grandchildren, Skyler, Ethan Oberg, Denton, Easton, Paisley and Casen Pfannenstiel.
His contributions to his family and community serve as a testament to a life well-lived, and he will be remembered fondly by those whose lives he touched. Memorials may be directed to the Farnam Church of the Nazarene or the Farnam Senior Center.
