He was predeceased by: his wife Yvonne Wiggers; his parents, George Derra and Rosa Derra; his siblings, Virgil Derra, Bernard Derra, Viola Hamson, Richard Derra, Belle Thomalla and Thersa Lydic; and his grandson Troy Allen Derra.
He is survived by: his children, Larry Douglas (Diane), Kathleen Rae and Kathy Conley (Dennis); his grandchildren, Annette Fletcher (Mike), Missy Koenen (Wade), Aaron Conley (Kami) and Lacie Broome (Mike); his great grandchildren, Cody (Marci), Austin, Brandon Fletcher (Madeline), Gage (Madi), Catie Koenen, Dawson, Ashton, Kiaya Conley, Amy Conley-Livingston, Cole (Courtney) and Chase Viter; and his great great grandchildren, Camden and Eden Fletcher. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
