With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Byron E Daly in Gothenburg, Nebraska, who passed away on September 26, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Wanda F. Allen of Stapleton; his daughter Gayle; and his siblings, Walter (Emory), Lloyd (Swede), Clinton (Heavy), Richard (Dick) and Phyllis Priest.
He is survived by: his children, Dan Daly (Deb) of Mullen and Kristy Kramer (Dan) of Stapleton; his son-in-law Joe Downing of Seneca; his sister Vera Jividen (Bill) of Stapleton; his grandchildren, Jillana Downing (Chris Valentino), Nancee Welling (Mike), Kodi Weigel (Greg), Kylee Duncan (Ty) and Kaylee Assibey (Julian); his great grandchildren, Leonardo Valentino, Matteo Valentino, Ainslee Morrison (Camryn), Kwade Welling, AbbyGayle Welling, Kinley Simmons (Lucas), Kole Weigel, Arriana Duncan, Sophia Duncan, Malachi Assibey and Elijah Assibey; and his great great grandchildren, Violet Erickson, Ryker Erickson and Alora Simmons. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
