She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Pieper and Bertha Pieper; her husband Mark Olson; her siblings, Jeannie, Harry Pieper Jr. and Keith Pieper; her brother-in-law Terry Menk; her nephew Brian "Tiger" Pieper; and her great-niece Ashley Strobel.
She is survived by: her close friend Joe Herndon of Gothenburg, NE; her stepson Greg Olson of Jackson, MN; her siblings, Carol Ormston (Chuck) and Ken Pieper (Mary); her siblings-in-law, Don Hartmann, Kathy Pieper and Diane Pieper; and her nieces and nephews, Laura Walker, Jill Hartmann, Jane Strobel, Karie Lipinski, Kris Bonner, Katie Melby, Michelle Syvertson, Heidi Jensen, Alyssa Clay, Bruce Hartmann, Eric Hartmann, Mark Pieper and Luke Hessing. She is also survived by many great nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
Memorials may be given to the First Presbyterian Church, Cozad, Moorefield Cemetery, or Asceracare Hospice.
