He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee G. Forster and Alice Forster; his wife Francis; his in-laws, Albert and Isabel; his siblings, Vesta, Velma and Vester; his sisters-in-law, Phyllis and Pat; his sons, Bart and Bryan; his great grandchildren, Yessica and Arianna; and his close friend Don (Pat Deckert).
He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Zarate (Isidro) of Garden City, KS and Vicki Forster (Ken Keller) of Gordon; and his grandchildren, Cassie, Carlos, Cody, Melissa, Raquel, Venus, Kannon, Tabitha, Kendra, Tyler, Sis and Curtis.
A memorial has been established for the Gordon Volunteer Fire Department and donations may be sent in care of Chamberlain-Pier Funeral Home, PO Box 366, Gordon, NE 69343.
