She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Burleigh and Gertrude Burleigh; her spouse Dean Strasburger; her siblings, Virginia Jacobson, Rowena Burleigh, Eileen Beutler, Darwin and Jerry Burleigh; her son-in-law Scott Hare; and her great grandchildren, Eli Hunter, Christine Courville and Bridger Krebs.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vicki Courville (Don), Dena Hare (Gene Hunting), Karen Simmons (Paul) and Donna Johnson (Rod); her grandchildren, Josh (Jemima), Jennifer, Joni (Ryan), Janna (Sam), Hannah (Cody), Joy (Ryan), Jon (Jennifer), Shane (Karen), Stormy (Ben), Tanner (Jill), Justin (Brooke), Stephanie, Andrea (Thad), Mallory (Dave), Lacey (Steffan), Krystal (John), Kohl Johnson (Gracie) and Kaleigh (Ty); and her sister-in-law Bobbie Burleigh. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
A funeral service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Pleasant Point Community Church (3444 NE-27, Ellsworth, NE 69340).
