He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Walther and Fannie Walther (Theesen); and his daughter Serena Gibson. He is survived by: his wife Doris; and his children, Garland (Leslie), Jacob (Danielle), Felicia Hastings (Aaron) and William Jr. "Wayde" (Emily). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren.
