He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald D. Childs and Dolores G. Childs (Morris); and his nephews, Zach Childs, Michael Morgan Jr. and Tony Miller.

He is survived by: his wife Jane Childs; and his children, Spouses, Nikol Hart (Keith), Shenessa Voorhees (Marc Stokes), Malissa Wagoner (Andy), D. J. Childs (Trish), Jeremy Childs, Glenvil and Numerous. He is also survived by Numerous Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren, and Great-Great-Grandchildren.

Memorials may be given to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date.
