He was predeceased by: his parents, William Foster and Maude Foster (Wymore); and his son-in-law Jay Kenney. He is survived by: his wife Deloris Mannel; and his children, Daniel, Pamela Foster of Topeka, KS, William Foster, Jr. (Denise) of Lincoln, Penny Kenney of Manhattan, KS, Dan Foster (Trish) of Circle Spring, TX, Robert Foster (Terri) of Sioux Falls, SD and Stephen Foster of Wood River. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
