He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Vrbas; his children, Jason Abbott of Kearney and Jill Gomez (Rodney) of Kearney; his daughter-in-law Jyl Abbott of Wyoming; his grandchildren, A. J. Abbott (Jamie), Amy Abbott, Jaden Abbott (Victoria), Baleigh Abbott, Ariel and Izaiah Gomez; his great grandchildren, Bennett, Emmett Abbott, Brentley and Weston Abbott; his siblings, Nancy Zimmerman (Ron Cross) of Scottsdale, AZ and Chuck Campbell of Phoenix, AZ; his sister-in-law Julie Abbott of Aurora, CO; and his nieces and nephews, Scott Campbell, Christal Gustafson and Darin Zimmerman.
