He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton C. Gangwish and Ella Gangwish (Young); his wife Francey Gangwish; his siblings, Marcia Skrdlant (Harold) and Nick Gangwish (Marilyn); and his brothers-in-law, Clark Gardner, Max Brannan and James Brannan.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Gangwish of Gibbon, Elaina Jones (Greg) of Gibbon and Joe Gangwish of Kearney; his grandchildren, Aaron Nutter, Dustin Nutter (Angie), Courtney Wilhelm, Brian Gangwish (Madison), Brandon Wallace, Elliot Gangwish (Kylie), Kylie Wallace, Erika Jessop (Brandon) and Aubrey Jones; his great grandchildren, Madison, Aiden, Katelyn and Haideyn Nutter; his grandchildren, Jamison, Jackson Nutter, Samantha, Hannah Wilhelm, Weston, Ivan and Logan Gangwish; his siblings, Fauna Fay Gardner of Mountain City, TN and Alex Gangwish (Eulah) of Kearney; and his sisters-in-law, Betty Brannan of Carrollton, IL and Eva Lou Brannan of Carrollton, IL. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Memorials are suggested to Gibbon Baptist Church or to the Central Nebraska Veterans Home.
