He is survived by: his pet Jackie; his children, Jean Widdowson (Joe), Carla Middleswart of Gibbon and Rhonda Ammon (Jerry) of Bassett; his grandchildren, Julie Ratka (Tony) of Minden, Bill Middleswart of Washington, D. C., Jill Clay (Kendrick) of McPherson, KS, Carl Middleswart (Angie) of Warren, MI and Brady Ammon of Bassett; his great grandchildren, Riley Ratka of Minden, Catherine and Maya Middleswart of Warren, MI; and his sister-in-law Rose Ann Braden of Kearney. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
