It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vera Strachan of Gering, Nebraska, born in Lusk, Wyoming, who passed away on June 12, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Keith Alexander Strachan; her friend Mary Ann Shook of Irving, Texas.; and her siblings, Samuel, James Leeling, Eileen Allsup, Bernita Kiever and Frances Mitchell.
She is survived by: her son Kevin Joe; her daughter-in-law Tiong Strachan of Houston, TX; her sisters, Alice Vollman of Douglas, WY and Virginia Linnemen of Green River, WY; her close friends, Neil and Judy Hesman of Grand Island; and her friend Ray.
