She was predeceased by: her father Chad Canchola; her grandfather Jerry Ott; and her aunt Tami Busch. She is survived by: her mother Valerie Harnish; her siblings, Nicol Harnish of Gering, Brittany Brown of Minnetonka, MN, Peyton Cagle of Sterling, CO and Joshua Harnish of Gering; her grandparents, Maryann Ott of Gering, Mike and MaryAnn Canchola of Sterling, CO; her uncles, Kevin Ott (Natalie) of Scottsbluff, Kendall Busch of Mitchell and David Canchola of Denver, CO; her aunt Cindy Asmus (Doug) of Yuma, CO; her daughters, Shelli Adams (John) and Melissa Austin; her aunt Anita Canchola of Denver, CO; her daughter Jaylene Peterson (Matt); her aunt Beth Wilkening (Dan) of Holyoke, CO; her daughters, Amber, Lauren, Nichole and Danielle; her aunt Jodi Newth of Haxtun, CO; her children, SIerra, Malorie and Reece; her aunt Tricia Tramp (Dan) of Arickaree, CO; her children, Dru, Kirstie and Tristan; her friends, Brad, Karen, Maggie Foos of Denver and Preston; and also, Dexter, Rylee, Clancee, Mariah Webb (Dakota) of Gering and Cutler (Cassidy Frahm) of Gering.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family to designate at a later date. Due to several factors, Sofia's desire to further research through tissue donation was not able to be done.
