With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Messersmith (Gering, Nebraska), born in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, who passed away on March 17, 2019 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Hoffman and Amalia Hoffman (Martin); and her great grandchild Jason Frey. She is survived by: her husband Tony; and her children, Debbie Rose (Jim), Elizabeth Graves (Robert) and Jeff Messersmith (Teresa). She is also survived by six grandchildren; and one great grandson.
