He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Floyd Lackey and Alva Lackey (Imus); his wife Diane; his children, Neil Meier (Marcia), Stephanie Greeley (Corey) of Gering, NE and Garry of Scottsbluff, NE; his grandchildren, Trevor Smith, Arich Knaub, Alyssa Greeley, Alex Meier and Ashlynn Meier; his great grandchildren, Jayston, Lewis and McGregor; his parents-in-law, Alan Meier (Char), Steve Meier (Sally) and Lois Meier; his sons, Ronald, Jr. and Monte Lackey; and his siblings, Roy, Jerry, Tom, Birdie, Leota, Judy, Inez, Myrel and Mary. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
