He was predeceased by: his parents, Dave Rupp and Mary Rupp (Starkell); his wife Joyce Rupp (Miller); his daughters, Elaine Schwab and Candie Rupp-Runge; his siblings, Harold Rupp and Joyce Jodine Rupp; and his siblings-in-law, Richard Jirovsky, Jud Reed, Teresa Reed and Willa Jean Miller.
He is survived by: his daughter Cindy Keller (Mark); his son-in-law Ken Schwab; his grandchildren, Ronald Schwab, Stacey Meisner (Eric), Heather Landreth (Chris), Sara Rogers (Matt), Steven Schwab (Jennifer), Steph Berger (Jared), Christopher Runge (Alexa) and Courtney Runge; and his siblings, Jerry Rupp (Betty) and Sandra Jirovsky. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
