He was predeceased by: his sister Jacinda Wilkins (Pam Bubak). He is survived by: his son Mitch Peterson (Ashlee); his granddaughter Journee; his parents, Jay Peterson and Jeanie Peterson; and his sister Michelle Stienike (Tyler). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established by the family.
