John Meyer Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Meyer of Gering, Nebraska, who passed away on August 29, 2021, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. John F. Meyer and Lillie "Belle" Meyer (Sims); and his sisters, Betty Ann Fitzpatrick and Wanda Boggs. He is survived by: his mother-in-law Renee Jacobsen; his son Drew Jacob (Alyssa) of Omaha; his wife Kerry Neu of Gering; his sons, Mason (RaVae) of Las Vegas, Derek Meyer (Rachel) of Lincoln and Aaron Nab of Cheyenne; his grandchildren, DJ Meyer, Declan Meyer, Peyton Meyer, Macy Meyer, Millie Meyer, Gracelynn Nab, Pierce Nab and Noah Nab; his sisters, Marsha Johnson (Brad), Johnna Wingate (Kevin) and Joy Allgood (Tom); his father-in-law Gary Neu (Susan); and his brother-in-law Kory Neu. He is also survived by numerous other cousins, nieces and nephews.
