Jacobs and Mary Ann Jacobs (Brown); his wife Julia Jacobs; his children, Kaitlyn Schumacher (Dylan), Alayna Jacobs (Taylor Soule), Haylee and Seth Jacobs; his siblings, Jessica Curtis-Jacobs (Danielle), Christopher Andrews, Amy Crane (KC), Chance Nelson (Yoko) and Nicki Nelson; his in-laws, James Sr. and Peggy Friesen; and his siblings-in-law, James Friesen (Michele), Jeff Friesen (Wendy), Jon Friesen (Leigh Anne), Jennifer Krahulik (Ryan) and Richard Woznick (Nikki). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
