He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy O'Neal and Freida O'Neal (Corbett); his wives, Helen Brown and Dorothy Roland; and his brothers, Don and Robert.
He is survived by: his sons, Mark O'Neal (Rebecca) and Tracy O'Neal (Pam); his sister Marilyn Wimmer; and his stepchildren, Rod Roland (Reva), Gene Roland (Sharon) and Denise Fertig (Roland). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given the American Legion Post #36.
